Autumn Energy Cleanse | Entity & Hex Removal Meditation

It's that time of year that we shed what no longer serves us, and as the Autumn leaves fall here in Australia, so must we begin the process of looking within to see what needs changing.



Autumn reminds us that everything is possible when we clear the space, and prepare to start anew, so right now:


  • Go through your wardrobe and see what no longer fits

  • Try some journal prompts around what you DON'T WANT in your life

  • See which people and conversations GIVE you energy vs. taking it away

  • Reconsider your boundaries, and start saying 'no' to people and events that don't serve your highest and greatest good.

  • Go through your pantry, and throw out expired foods... you'd be surprised.

  • Do a deep house clean, then cleanse with incense or sage from back to front of the house.

  • Create a new morning practise that includes starting with a hot cup of water with lemon squeezed into it to awaken and energise your internal systems


Ready to release chords, attachments, negative energy and entities?



This violet flame meditation has powerful energy packed into a portal of change and release, laced with light codes, to ensure that anything is released from your energy field, as well as your mental, emotional, physical body and nervous system.


As a daily practise:

Listen to it once a day to clear and reset your energy at the start/end of the day, this is particularly beneficial for healers, therapists, coaches and counsellors who are in the space of people emotionally and mentally 'dumping' on them.


Hex removal, entities, and stubborn energies:

For stubborn attachments, listen to it for 7 days and write out the following script, burning it in as the light falls in the evening:


"To {insert persons name where applicable} and all enemies; I am full of Divine love and I forgive you for all your indiscretions against me, my family, and my business. From this point on, I break all ties and connections with you that are sending me harm. From this point on, you have no power or control over me, my life, health, family, business and my family's lives. Your attacks against me are now being replaced by powerful positive blessings, divine love and pure white light energy. Any harmful negative energies or entities in and around me, I know send away, directing them towards the universal healing light to be taken care of by my Guardian Angels. Amen, Aho, And so it is. {Sign your name to seal this prayer}"


Sign your name at the bottom, then say it out loud or in your head to seal it and burn it letting the embers drain away in the sink with any and all negativity.
